Bob Fitzgerald

Bob is a 12-year resident of Springfield but has fully adapted to the more temperate climate than his native Iowa for golf year 'round and the Lake, where he enjoys everything water related. With five sons, from Des Moines to Texas, Bob enjoys travel to see them and the dozen grandchildren, goes on an annual trek to Canada fishing with a church men's group and with his wife of 25 years, Doris, takes an occasional beach/golf destination trip.

As 2003 President of the Springfield Board of Realtors and Broker/Owner of Fitzgerald First Realty since 2000, Bob is active in all aspects of real estate transactions. You'll find that his 35 years of experience in the real estate business serve him well in these areas and especially with his customers, whether in Land Development or home buying/selling. His focus always is to sell your home quickly, help you find the right home, or build a new home...really, just CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE.

Having recently opened the new, residential real estate office of Fitzgerald First Realty at 1370 E. Primrose, Bob is still of the opinion: "If it isn't fun; we're not doing it!"
